IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
Taking the first step towards going abroad
IELTS is an international English language testing system designed to assess a candidate’s ability to communicate in English for purposes of studying or working abroad.
As one of the most internationally recognized language examinations in the world, IELTS is jointly managed by the British Council, the British Council and IDP: IELTS Australia. IELTS conforms to the highest standards of international language assessment. There are four language skills covered in this course: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
There are many countries that recognize IELTS, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Other government agencies, professional bodies, and immigration authorities recognize it as well.
Who is eligible to apply?
